Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a saucepan, combine water, milk, butter, sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add flour all at once and stir quickly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add Eggs
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- The dough should become smooth, glossy, and pipeable.
Step 3: Shape the Cream Puffs
