Instructions
1. Mix the dough
In a bowl, combine:

- Yeast
Add warm water gradually and mix until you get a sticky dough. Do not knead.
2. First rise
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 1 to 2 hours, until it becomes puffy and doubled in size.
